Become One in the picturesque streets of Copenhagen. Being the home of one of the world's oldest monarchies, Hans Christian Andersen, and the enchanting Tivoli Gardens, the Danish capital is the city where you never run out of things to explore.

Start your journey in the calm waters of Amager Beach lagoon and bike pass the idyllic “Danish Riviera” and into the beautiful landscapes of North Zealand. As you approach the iconic finish line in front of the Christiansborg Palace, you'll pass landmarks such as the Opera House, Amalienborg Palace, Nyhavn, and the beloved Little Mermaid statue. Needless to say, this is the race for first-timers and PR chasers alike, and a perfect city break destination to bring your family and friends.

The beautiful scenery in and around Copenhagen will be the setting for a stunning and fast course. The artificial lagoon of Amager Beach Park will host the 3.8km swim. With bridges crossing the water and a shallow seaboard, the location is perfect for both athletes and spectators. A flat bike course, closed to cars and all other traffic, runs through the center of Copenhagen to the scenic countryside of Sealand. Athletes will reenter central Copenhagen at the close of their 180km ride, then tackle a three-lap, 42.2km run along the waterfront
