I spent the afternoon with Trizie PH and their community of women of different ages, niches and walks of life and had the pleasure of leading our meaningful and purposeful conversation with Kat Ariones and Kat de Guzman as our panel guest speakers.

With all that's been shared by our guests and community, there was one promise we all said upon wrapping the Friday afternoon up: to walk away from the event with a mind set to keep ourselves at pace, a body that will let us achieve our goals, and a heart that aims to uplift each other in the community.
